Shipping & Handling Information

I use Priority Mail for US Shipments. Speed is not the main reason. Priority Mail provides the boxes, labels, & tape free. 1st class and UPS ground requires me to purchase and inventory these items; costs for which I have to pass on to you. And, UPS pricing does not compete on items under 5 pounds. Priority mail is also 1 price anywhere in the US for small items.

I know it can be can be hard to pay $4.00 shipping on a $1.00 item. Please understand, that the only way I can sell cars at prices this low is to streamline procedures and shipping. This is how I've earned more than 2800 postive feedbacks on Ebay. But, I have added 1st class shipping options to help you save. These prices include handling, boxes or envelopes, materials etc. (Insurance is not available on these options):

I am more than happy to take the time to ship internationally, however, I have to be more careful on costs for multiple items. You can use the costs below when figuring how much to pay. Please note that boxes, labels, & packing materials add up. The costs of these materials are included in fees.

Canada & Mexico: Use same rate as for the US (sent by Airmail)
Larger groups or Car Cases quoted by weight.

Europe/England: Letterpost packet Airmail: 1st small car $5.00 plus
_____$.75 per car thereafter.
Other countries: Letterpost packet Airmail :1st small car $5.60.

NOTE: These prices are for "Letter Post" (the lowest rate for small packages). However, no Insurance is available for this category. To obtain insurance, items need to be shipped via Parcel Post, but those rates start with a 1 pound minimum ($15.00) shipping plus insurance and go up from there.

Larger items or groups based on weight.

___I receive a few requests from buyers to state "gift" or understate the value of items shipped internationally on the customs forms. While admittedly, it is unlikely to get "caught", the headaches that would be caused by having such a problem would be astronomical, considering we're dealing with the federal governments of both countries. Since I ship usually more than 10 international shipments per week (500-600 per year), the odds of having a problem increase dramatically. It would really be dumb for me to have to live my life with a blemish on my federal records over something so simple. So, my apologies, but I do fill out the customs forms realistically.

Boats & Other Items Shipping Information

__Most boats and larger items are quoted individually by weight. Larger boats $20.00 within the continetal US shipped via UPS ground unless faster service is required (at additional cost). e-mail me and we'll come up with the best way to ship for you.

Tracking Number Information

___Standard Priority Mail does NOT have a tracking Number. I don't include it in my base pricing either. I hate to add costs on items that may only sell for a couple dollars. I will leave it up to you. Add $0.55 per overall shipment if you want a Tracking # (or buy insurance).
___ Paypal and Credit Card users note that some of these services require a tracking number. I'll leave it up to you, but you waive any rights for claims against me if you choose not to have one if the package is lost in the mail.

RUSH Shipments

___If your purchase is a gift for a birthday or Christmas, remember there are no delivery date gurantees on Priority Mail Or UPS either (even 2nd day & 3 day Select are not guranteed). We can get quotes from Express Mail or Federal Express 3 day (they do have guaranteed delivery dates). Most of my items are light weight. The UPS & Fed-Ex price structure isn't really competitive for items under 5 pounds so expect to pay more. E-mail me for prices.
