PLACING AN ORDER:
___You can order on-line using my
secure shopping cart, or you may use the same cart to print out your
order and fax or mail it in (see address at bottom of
these pages).
___The Collectible Cars
and Artwork are usually pre-owned and one only. They
are sold as is - as pictured (unless otherwise noted). If you're
going to mail in a payment, it is a good idea to e-mail
or phone first to make sure the item is available and to reserve it
so that it does not get sold to someone else while the payment is in
the mail.
___The Boats are usually
available however occasionally back-orders do occur. Once again you
may want to verify stock before mailing payment unless you're in no
hurry and want it anyway. Then I'll get one on order as needed.
___Coffee Mugs and
Film are usually readily available for shipment.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
From USA Addresses:
___I accept Cash, Money Orders,
Checks (10 business day hold on checks), Visa/Mastercard (via my
on-line secure shopping cart or by phone, Fax, or mail).
I also accept payments through Paypal, Bidbay, or Billpoint. (pay to:
tim@fotrek.com).
From International Customers:
___I accept US$ Cash, Int'l Money
Orders, Paypal, Bidbay, or Billpoint.
____Sorry,
I cannot accept direct Visa/Mastercard payments from non-USA
addresses.
SECURITY
ISSUES (Credit Cards):
___My shopping cart is a fully encrypted
& secure server. I am the only one that handles your information.
I do not keep credit card information on my computer's customer
database. That info is taken off my hard drive for security
purposes.
___Also, I do not process the credit
card payment until I'm ready to ship your order (or process your
custom order).
___Paypal is also a safe way to make
online payments. If you're not signed up with them, check them out
at: Paypal.com
RUSH ORDERS:
___I ship most items via Priority
Mail (see my shipping info page) and
larger items and boats by UPS Ground.
___Please note that priority mail is
taking longer since Sept 11th. The Postal service uses commercial
airlines to handle airmail and the hightened security is causing
delays. I've had some customers get their packages in 3 days, others
take up to 2 weeks.
___If you are in a hurry for a gift
item, contact me about shipping options. We can check UPS 3 day
select, UPS 2nd day air, or Express mail.
